Tough call. The Authority could be done soon after WrestleMania after Sting beats Triple H or maybe they keep it going. At this point in his career, Rollins debuted on the main roster in late 2012, was part of The Shield for about 18 months and then has been a part of The Authority for nearly a year. He's been a part of stables during his entire WWE run. It would be nice to see him as a solo act. Obviously being a part of a stable is something that is done to get him some cheap heat because J&J Security can take beatings from faces while Rollins can also hide behind Big Show and Kane. He brags about how good he is, yet is afraid to fight a lot of the time. That's what being a good heel is. Rollins is so talented that he'll be great no matter what he does, but I think after The Authority is done (whenever that is) he should be a solo act whether he's a heel or face.
