There are so many great choices. Since there's only one Money in the Bank match where the coveted briefcase is on the line you could pick so many different performers as possibilities. On the face side of the roster the guys like Dean Ambrose and Daniel Bryan would be cool to see. Dolph Ziggler is another one. In the case of Bryan and Ziggler, both guys have already done that before, so Ambrose appears more likely of those three. Repeat winners are pretty rare, after all. The guy that I might consider the favorite is Rusev just because WWE is going to want to put him over in a big way after the Cena feud (the assumption is he would lose the feud), so putting the MITB briefcase on him and then elevating him as WWE Champion is possible. It's usually a tough match to predict and with a loaded WWE midcard in place, this year will be no different when the match takes place in June.
