From @SuperflyBilly: Do you think the Intercontinental Title is the correct path to take Daniel Bryan down? Does it just make him look B class?
This is one of those questions that I've been asked repeatedly for a couple of weeks now. Bryan's presence in the IC Title picture makes that title seem more important, but it's definitely a bit of a letdown just because a lot of us want to see him main eventing every show. It's a situation where there's really no way for WWE to make everybody and push every single performer the right way because there are only so many spots on the WrestleMania card. No matter who wins the IC Title (my pick is Dean Ambrose) that person is going to look like a big star because they're going to have to do it in a competitive ladder match with a lot of great talent involved. The hope from WWE is that the IC Title will mean more after this match is over. Bryan being involved in the match helps them get to that goal.
