10 WWE Questions You Most Want Answered (May 10)

7. Thoughts On Lucha Underground?

From @zsterling10: Have you watched any Lucha Underground? If so, quick thoughts on the product?
Yes! I watch it and enjoy it a lot. While I don't get it on TV here in Canada, I usually find it online and then watch it the day after. It's such a fun show to watch because it is produced as if it is a television series rather than just a traditional wrestling show. The way they shoot the matches is great because we'll see cameras from the top of the building showing cool angles, then we'll see different shots from ringside and the atmosphere in The Temple is really cool. Then there are the backstage vignettes. Those are amazing. They are shot as if they are in a movie. It's not WWE style where they have a roving cameraman filming these people talking on camera. It's more about adding to the stories we see in the ring. Everything has a meaning. The talent on the roster is really good. They've got a mix of former WWE people like Alberto El Patron (Del Rio), Johnny Mundo (Morrison), Chavo Guerrero, Catrina (Maxine) and others, plus some really good masked luchadores that American wrestling fans may not have known. Then you watch them work and appreciate their talent. It would be awesome if the promotion were to grow, but it's tough on the El Rey Network because it's such a small station.
