From @aamirh575: Where do you see the state of wrestling within the next 10 years?
A lot of it depends on the role and health of WWE Chairman & CEO Vince McMahon. He'll be 80 years old in ten years. Will he be retired? I don't know if he ever will retire. The point is that if Vince is gone then the next people in charge - the assumption is that it would be Triple H & Stephanie McMahon - would probably make some changes. In ten years it'll be a "smarter" biz with less cheesy angles and more about the sport aspect of wrestling. But who knows really? Nobody does until we get there. Look at WWE ten years ago and it's not that much different today other than the PG rating is in place now. Back then they had the brand extension that they were still doing. Other than that, there really aren't a lot of differences - just different names in new places.
