Recent reports claim Saraya's current AEW deal expires in September, and her latest character shift stnads just as much chance of confirming a renewal as an expedited exit. There are options on both sides, but nothing is certain at time of writing. Being honest, there's nothing to stop the Brit from taking some time off in Sept, then training hard for a surprise berth in the 2025 Royal Rumble.

This AEW run has been a blessing for Saraya. It hasn't been perfect by any means, but it has extended her career following a miserable end to WWE life. There's some unfinished business on that side - Paige retired from the ring in 2017 due to injuries, then worked as SmackDown GM for a while. It was all deeply unsatisfying.
Saraya presumably had zero interest in returning to WWE whilst Vince McMahon was calling the shots. Things are different under Triple H now though, so who knows what the future holds?
