10 WWE Returns That Must Happen In 2024

Still a prodigy despite the ageing process bad booking can bring upon any pro wrestler, the 25-year-old Daniel Garcia finds himself at a crossroads in his career.

An AEW run that showed so much promise in 2021 and 2022 stalled badly in 2023, and if you weren't watching Dynamite or Collision, the aftermath could be found in Garcia's own X likes. As rumours swirl about declining morale in the challenger brand, no such issues are bubbling under for the market leader. While foolish to assume everything is perfect, there's probably never been a better time for the former JAS man to consider it the best of his options.

What he's going back to isn't even what he left. Garcia's prior run with WWE speaks to an entirely different era, and the system he came up in was helmed by the man now in WWE's hot seat. All that Triple H saw once, he could see again, but with several more years on the clock and a TV presence that has made him - to plenty of wrestling fans - a major name.
