10 WWE Stars Destined To Be Remembered For One Storyline

Al Snow loved his dog. A replacement for Head who had been impaled on a spike by Prince Albert (a storyline only slightly less ridiculous), Snow’s Chihuahua Pepper became his best friend, and the former ECW man believed that it spoke to him. That was until The Big Boss Man kidnapped Pepper and after a series of twists and turns fed him to his owner.

If that wasn’t bad enough, this all led to the now infamous Kennel from Hell match at Unforgiven 1999. The match involved a regular cage surrounded by the Hell in a Cell structure. Between the two cages was a ‘trained pack of wild dogs'. Unfortunately for the two men involved in this farce, the dogs weren’t quite as trained as WWE let on, and they proceeded to do pretty much everything apart from what they were supposed to do.

It’s hard to imagine that a man who spent a lot of his career carrying around a mannequin head could be remembered for anything else, yet Al Snow somehow pulled it off. The Pepper storyline has gone down in history as a complete disaster, and Snow has since claimed that Vince McMahon apologised to him and The Big Boss Man for putting them in that situation.

As well he should have done.
