Kalisto has been given limited opportunities on the main roster thus far. His Lucha Dragons tag team with Sin Cara has been okay, but they've mainly been used as props to support the other tag teams. But as a singles star, things look a lot better for the former Samuray Del Sol. WWE booking him in the recent tournament for the WWE Title was an indication of their high hopes. Kalisto made it all the way to the quarter finals, surprisingly defeating Ryback in the opening round before losing to Alberto Del Rio in a ten minute match. It seems likely that WWE will move Kalisto away from Sin Cara in 2016 and push him as a singles star. His colourful mask is clearly reminiscent of Rey Mysterio, so there's a potential goldmine if Kalisto can become established in his own right. WWE are very keen to have a new superstar in the Mysterio mould - Kalisto could be their guy.
