10 WWE Stars To Take Seth Rollins' Place In The Authority

1. Samoa Joe

I thought a lot about which NXT Superstar would be best suited to being included here, with everyone from Finn Balor to Baron Corbin and Tyler Breeze all sure to bring something very interesting and different to this role as a member of The Authority. However, Samoa Joe is someone who stands out as being the most ideal candidate, especially as his run at the top in TNA (which the WWE pretends doesn't exist despite the fact that the company is on life support) gives him a lot more star power than the trio mentioned above. As a result, a surprise debut at Survivor Series to attack the new champion would be sure to get people talking! His in ring experience aside, Joe brings a lot to the table as an overall competitor. His recent heel turn in NXT looks set to make for great viewing, and it's easy to see why The Authority would bring him up to the main roster to take the place of Rollins. He's a brawler, and the experience he has would make it very believable when he shows up and starts tearing through everyone who stands in their way. That would be a much more interesting approach than having another cowardly heel like Rollins or Orton working for them, and something sure to drastically change the dynamic of the show. Joe may be killing it down in NXT right now, but he deserves a WWE run, and having him take on the likes of Roman Reigns and John Cena as The Authority's pawn would lead to some sure to be incredible matches.
