2. Brock Lesnar
The placing of Brock Lesnar on this list depends very much upon the outcome of his upcoming match against the Undertaker. Should he lose a second successive bout against the Deadman, his stock will suffer an undeniable blow, especially as his appeal revolves around him being an unstoppable ass-kicker. As it stands, however, he's the second biggest star on WWE's books. It's a tricky gimmick to book, obviously. A guy portrayed as the toughest guy on the roster (by a country mile) can't lose too many matches - certainly not under clean circumstances. WWE have done a good job of this so far; he lost the title in extraordinary fashion, as Rollins cashed in his Money in the Bank contract, and his subsequent appearances have been sporadic enough to maintain a 'big fight' atmosphere. Brock is in a special category of his own, separate from the rest of the roster, and therefore more dangerous. The influential role played by Paul Heyman mustn't be overlooked either. His bombastic promos - either with or without Lesnar actually being there - do just enough to keep the Beast in touch with the rest of the roster, while reminding everybody of his past triumphs.
