7. Roman Reigns
Fan reactions to Roman Reigns have essentially made him John Cena lite. Many fully buy into his gimmick as a cool, headstrong badass - particularly women and children - while the smarkier subsection of fans need no encouragement to rain down abuse whenever he takes to the ring. For better or worse, Reigns has been singled out as WWE's golden boy - and aside from Seth Rollins' shocking win at WrestleMania 31, he has been pushed as such. This strategy has made him one of the most over stars in the company, but will naturally hit a wall at some point, unless Roman can forge a more wide-ranging connection with the fans. Like Cena, he has the look and kid-friendly appeal to become a moderate success, but (like everyone) is operating on an entirely different level to John in terms of scale. It remains to be seen whether Reigns can develop enough to walk the daunting path WWE have set out for him, but the deck is certainly stacked against him. For now at least, he's one of the company's most valuable stars - but finds himself in a very precarious position.
