Paige may be more firmly entrenched as top dog of the divas division, but Sasha Banks is currently the hottest women's wrestler in the world. Over the past couple of months, the former NXT Women's Champion has been on an incredible surge, and looks likely to dethrone her English rival if things continue as they are. As well as being dynamite in the ring (just look at her two recent matches with Bayley, another female wrestler with tremendous potential), Banks is doing a great job of getting herself over as a brand. She is 'The Boss', and oozes personality even without a microphone in hand. Paige may have originally gotten over in NXT as the 'anti-diva', but Sasha is the wrestler more likely to change the face of women's wrestling. As long as she is given the chance to put on excellent matches, and continues to gather support at such a rapid rate, the sky is the limit - not just for Banks herself, but for the role of her entire gender in WWE.
