Call this the Nuclear Option for blowing up the entire gimmick in spectacular fashion. If Vince McMahon decides Rusev just isnt ready for the main roster, or if Rusev doesnt shake hands with the right person, then he could find his push aborted. If that happens, hell lose quickly. And knowing how WWE can be sometimes, itll be a Legend coming out of the back to beat him with their 1980s offense. After months of Rusev running over people and getting a ton of heat, its highly unlikely well see Hacksaw Jim Duggan or Sgt. Slaughter return to the ring unless they are used to further put Rusev over as the destroyer of all that is great about America. Now, if Rusev has a showdown with Hulk Hogan in the ring, whoever comes to bail him out (since Hogan isnt medically cleared for action) could very well be the guy to end Rusevs reign.
