4. Pete Rose - WrestleMania 16
Pete Rose is considered one of greatest baseball players of all-time. But that's not how many wrestling fans across the world know him. Rose was embroiled in a scandal in 1989 when he was accused of having bet on Baseball and his team, The Cincinnati Reds, while he was still an active player and manager. Because of his gambling ways he was given permanent ineligibility from baseball and refused entry into the MLB Hall of Fame. Rose needed a new career and found one doing autograph signings, endorsement deals and becoming WWF superstar Kane's personal tombstone dummy. Rose turned up at three consecutive 'Manias and was inevitably destroyed by the 'Big Red Machine'. Taking a chokeslam or a tombstone is a hard night's work but it was nothing compared to what 'Charlie Hustle' had to go through at WrestleMania 16. After taking the requisite Kane beating, Rose was dragged to the corner by Too Cool and given a stinkface by Rikishi. Rikishi has stated on a shoot interview that he didn't know he was going to do the stinkface until the day of the show and that he assured Rose that he would only sit on his chest before actually planting his posterior onto the Baseball legend's face. Rose earned his WWE Hall of Fame induction with this one.
