10 WWE Stars Who Have Gone AWOL

5. Shayna Baszler

This writer would like to sit and watch WWE's writers squirm as they attempted to explain why Shayna Baszler has become such an afterthought despite doing everything they've asked of her. She tolerated their OTT booking during that feud with Alexa Bliss last year, and she's even defended company creative publicly.

What does Baszler have to show for being a good, loyal soldier? Sod all. She was moved to SmackDown in the stunningly-redundant Draft, then became part of the never-ending Sonya Deville vs. Naomi rivalry for a hot minute before performing a disappearing act that'd make David Copperfield proud.

Shayna's last TV match was a 30-second defeat to Naomi. Yeah.

That was on the 17 December edition of SmackDown too, and Baszler hasn't been spotted much (aside from some super-recent live events) since. Add her to the list of workers WWE wasted everyone's time with during those Draft "specials" they hyped so heavily throughout October.
