10 WWE Stars Who Will Miss WrestleMania 36

7. Jeff Hardy

It's tough to see where Jeff Hardy fits into WWE these days.

He's another suffering from knee problems, but it's his personal demons that must be more worrisome to WWE. Jeff was arrested and charged with driving while impaired last October, and he's someone the company must be concerned about; they'd be wise to keep an eye on the high-flying daredevil if he does return, because things are clearly not right.

There's no feasible spot for Jeff at WrestleMania 36 anyway. He and brother Matt have already worked the surprise comeback gig as a tag three years ago, and he doesn't fit into singles programs anywhere else on Raw or SmackDown. 2020 looks like a year off the big show for the popular star.

At 42, Jeff's body must be broken down after years of marquee bumps and stunts. Comments from both he and Matt on WWE's 24 special in the summer of 2018 show him as a delicate individual who doesn't really need wrestling to be happy. That's food for thought.
