8. Karrion Kross
The current NXT Champion Karrion Kross seems destined for success on the main roster. He is the total package. His entrance, his physique, Scarlett. The stars are aligning for Kross to become a World Champion on the main roster.
Admittedly, stars such as Keith Lee were touted for huge success on Raw and they have been driven into the ground, so maybe we shouldn't be too optimistic about the push of Kross. Regardless, there seems to a lot of faith behind the former Killer, specifically due to his presentation in NXT.
Triple H seems to be backing Karrion Kross more than any other superstar on NXT right now. After debuting, he squashed Tommaso Ciampa, got pushed into the title picture, and quickly won the brand's biggest prize. Due to injury, that initial push had to be sidelined, but now his ascension is clearly back on track.
If Triple H has any foresight, he will be protecting Karrion Kross throughout his main roster run. Kross is a hot commodity that WWE simply has to lock down.
