9. Shane McMahon Runs Raw Anyway

Vince McMahon panicked once it became clear that John Cena wouldn't be back in time to wrestle The Undertaker at WrestleMania 32. Firing out a quick call, the WWE boss beamed his own personal Batman signal into the night skies and begged for his son Shane to make a hasty comeback.

He did, and Shane vs. 'Taker inside HIAC was set.

The problem? Vince told the fruit of his loins that he'd run Monday Night Raw if he managed to beat the mighty 'Deadman' inside the cage. Shane didn't, but ended up calling the shots on WWE's flagship show anyway. The whole thing was a farce, one worsened by a mysterious lockbox add-on that was never mentioned again.

On that, Shane told Corey Graves' 'After The Bell' that the box was never supposed to be a major part of the angle in the first place. Why bother mentioning it at all then? This story was seriously flawed.
