10 WWE Superstar Workouts You Need To Know About

8. When Your Boss Looks Like This...

When your 70-year-old boss looks like he could still qualify for Mr. Universe, how the hell do you excuse carrying a little extra 'holiday' weight or losing gains because you're too busy travelling to work out? Vince McMahon, who really started getting into bodybuilding in the 80s, leads by example by working out during one of the three hours he's not attending to WWE business. Seriously, was anyone not impressed when Vince walked out on Raw rocking that sleeveless referee top and looking more ripped than a portion of his much younger employees? So how does Grandad Vince get into such incredible shape at his age? Muscle and Fitness recently ran a piece on Vince, noting that the WWE owner works out 7 days per week saying that Vince spends about 90 minutes a day in the weight room and rotates through a split of chest, arms, legs, shoulders and back exercises. Proving that he can move with the times, Vince doesn't just do old-school heavy lifting but also does CrossFit-inspired exercise, too, incorporating battling rope slams, sled drags, sledgehammer swings and sprints. Astonishing. According to Vince's trainer Mike Monteforte, Vince can do 315lbs for ten reps on a bent-over row. Old or young, it doesn't matter - we should all be impressed by Vince's dedication and desire to keep fit as he gets older. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9D9XHiegEXY
