Lesnar's workouts have no doubt had to morph over the years as he's transitioned from amateur wrestling, to pro, to MMA and then back to wrestling again. One thing has remained the same, though, and that's Lesnar's intensity and dedication to putting the hours in. When he was training for UFC, for example, Lesnar was in training camp where he essentially trained all day, every day, often to exhaustion. It's doubtful that Lesnar flirts with passing out now that he's on such a lucrative part-time deal, but whenever he shows up in WWE he's always in fantastic condition. He just looks so impressive, with his bulky back, arms, shoulders, chest and comparatively small waist. He really does look like what Vince McMahon would choose if he could genetically create his perfect headliner. And how does Lesnar attain such mass? Well, first and foremost he eats a lot of food, consuming thousands of calories a day. Then there's his workouts, which consist of a lot of weight-training, combining a mix of free weights with machines and cables. His back workout, for example, is this (courtesy of Muscle and Fitness magazine): Wide-Grip Pullup 5 10 Pullup 5 10 Narrow Grip Pullup 5 10 Weighted Pullup (with 45lb plate) 1 20 Seated Cable Row 4 12 Bentvoer Row 4 12 Barbell Curl 4 12 Deadlift 4 6 Not too shabby at all, huh? Although the specific weights aren't given, you can bet that they're high. Brock Lesnar does not f*** around when it comes to the gym. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8CaItJ3i_Co
