10 WWE Superstars Fired In The Shortest Time

5. Key (2 Months)

You might quite rightly be thinking at this point: who the f*ck is Key? It's a great question, and one that Vic Grimes himself probably couldn't answer - despite being him (though a career spent falling off scaffolding isn't exactly conducive to long-term memory).

A regular on those trite 'Attitude Era Stars You Don't Remember!' lists (hello pot), Key was Droz's implicit cocaine dealer, brought in (and we're not making this up) to enable Road Warrior Hawk's addiction issues, so that 'Puke' could take his place in the team. That, presumably, is why he wore all white. The odd name, was a pun on 'kilo'. It's a wonder he didn't partner with D'Lo Brown.

Anyway, Key only enjoyed a light dusting on WWE TV. He starred in a solitary triple threat alongside Droz and Prince Albert (against the jobtastic trio of Tim Hawk, Andrew McMurphy and Adam Keene), before an injury to the group's proposed opponent The Godfather rendered him superfluous. He was swiftly let go, and told to gain some experience in ECW - they'd appreciate his sort there. Overall, bad crack.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
