10 WWE Superstars Guaranteed To Be Future Endeavoured In 2016
2. Damien Sandow
Where else can things go for Damien Sandow at this point? His Intellectual Saviour of the Masses gimmick crashed and burned after his failed cash in attempt against John Cena, and while he became a firm fan-favourite when he was paired up with The Miz, based on the reaction he received when that came to an end, it quickly became apparent that it was his gimmick that was over and not him. After that, his terrible run as "Machow" Mandow came to a long overdue end thanks to the Hulk Hogan scandal, and he's since vanished from television, a bad sign for any WWE Superstar. It feels like the end of the road has come for Sandow, and while he still has his fans (including Mick Foley), they're nowhere near passionate enough to ensure that the company would think twice about letting him go. It in some ways feels like a great shame and a real waste of a solid talent to Future Endeavour Sandow, but after so many failed gimmicks, there's few places he can go next. Bringing back his penchant for cosplaying as WWE Legends or local athletes is going to feel like a tired retread of old ground, and when it comes to taking on the role of a jobber, more dynamic and interesting Superstars have stepped up to take that place in the second half of this year. Thinking about it, you can probably throw in Sandow's old tag team partner Curtis Axel as likely being let go in 2016 as well...
