3. Adam Rose
If you've seen ESPN's E:60 special on NXT, then you're no doubt rooting for Adam Rose to find some level of success with the WWE. I for one wish that had been the case, but at this stage, he's had more than enough time to make a significant impact and has simply failed to do so. Whether it's Leo Kruger, the leader of the Rosebuds, or the Party Pooper, Rose is someone who hasn't connected with fans, and it feels far too late for him to now reinvent himself as someone they can get behind. Much of that arguably comes down to his in ring abilities and mic skills. Both are decent, but that's not enough to get by on in today's WWE. If Rose was capable of tearing it up in the ring and delivering A+ matches, then it would be easy enough to picture him having some sort of hope for a future. That's not the case though, and with a long stint in developmental and a few failed main roster runs, why keep him around? It feels like the WWE has done all they can, and based on the fact that there have recently been hints about a return for the Bunny, it's blatantly obvious that the ideas for his character at this stage have clearly gone past the point of scraping the bottom of the barrel. With no clear creative direction and a lack of interest from fans, Rose is arguably more of a liability than anything, so him and the WWE parting ways in 2016 seems like a given. His former ally Rosa Mendes (pictured above) is likely to go the same way given her appalling in ring abilities, so there's another one to add to the list!
