4. Big E. Langston

For all the attention gifted him by the booking team, past evidence suggests it will be quite a while before Langston is deemed ready for the big push. WWE isnt in the business of handing out Fast Passes to its wrestlers; as we saw with Wade Barrett, even the most talented (or, in Rybacks case, muscle-bound) have to wait their turn in line, sooner or later undergoing a deflating tour of duty staring at the lights. Flattening John Cena on his Raw debut and then partnering up with Dolph Ziggler and the ever-improving AJ Lee, Langston was handed the plum position of ringside enforcer, a part played previously by future World Champions Diesel, Sid, and Batista. Presented as a somebody from day one, Langston will almost certainly have to suffer a spell as a nobody in the not too distant future. Hopefully his alliance with AJ will last the duration of his demotion, preserving the potential face turn and split from AJ as the eventual catalyst for his reversal in fortune. In the interim, the grass-green Langston will have ample opportunity to develop his act away from the glare of booking team and audience scrutiny so that, when his time does come, he has more going for him than his size. Speaking of which
