Santino played the role of Santina, his alleged twin sister, and won the match by eliminating Beth Phoenix and Melina. She, being Santina, would defend the Miss Mania crown at the following Backlash PPV against Phoenix in three seconds thanks to the Great Khali before a feud with Vickie Guerrero ensued. After the 'title' had been passed between the pair a couple of times, RAW's new owner Donald Trump fired Santina and the Miss WrestleMania title was forgotten.
