"Woken" Matt isn't the only Hardy brother on a roll right now.

It was more a matter of when and not if The Hardy Boyz would branch off into singles competition when they initially resurfaced in WWE last year, and after accomplishing all they could during their latest stint as a tandem, they went their separate ways at the onset of 2018.

While Matt became "Woken," Jeff went back to his Charismatic Enigma roots one night removed from WrestleMania 34 and made the seamless transition back to one-on-one action. The very next week, Hardy knocked off Jinder Mahal for his first United States Championship and kicked off what has been a fun run for him so far on SmackDown Live.

Jeff was undoubtedly one of WWE's most popular acts from 2008 to 2009, and his universal appeal hasn't changed one bit. It helps that he can still contest above-average matches even as he enters the twilight of his career, including against the likes of The Miz and Daniel Bryan. Whether he has another world title win left in him, however, remains to be seen.
