10 WWE Superstars Who Are Nothing Like Their Gimmicks In Real Life

5. Bray Wyatt

The gimmick: Though he doesn’t currently have any followers, Bray Wyatt’s character is that of a mysterious cult leader who speaks in tongues and has a god complex so big that he thinks he actually is one.

Then again, that might explain the supernatural powers he has, which somehow allow him to teleport, turn the ring into a bed of bugs, and conjure up some sort of viscous, acidic liquid (yes, they really called it that).

He also has an unaccounted-for sibling called Sister Abigail, who may or may not be buried underneath the compound on which he lives.

In real life: Windham Rotunda (son of Mike Rotunda and nephew of Barry Windham) isn’t a cult leader and nor does he have a god complex. He does have a sister, mind, although her name is Mika and she very much isn’t buried under the family compound.

Rotunda’s also capable of holding a decent conversation that actually makes sense, which seems to be more than his current character can do in his promos on television...
