10 WWE Superstars Who Could Debut (Or Return) The Night After WrestleMania 33

Few WWE superstars have had a rougher few years than Hideo Itami.

Signed to WWE with a ton of fanfare in 2014, the Japanese star had a good run in NXT for about nine months. Then, he suffered a severe shoulder injury that put him on the shelf for over a year. He finally came back in the summer of 2016, but after just a couple of months of action, he was sidelined again - this time, with a neck injury.

Itami has been making physical appearances at NXT shows as of late, but he hasn't actually competed in any matches, even though he has been cleared to compete for a while now. He's been in WWE for nearly three years; perhaps it makes sense to at least see what he can do on the main roster, rather than resetting his NXT push yet again. It's not as if his skills need much development.

Unlike most top-level NXT stars, Itami hasn't really been overexposed on the brand; if he popped up on Raw after WrestleMania, it would almost be like a brand new signing for the company.
