10 WWE Superstars Who Deserve A Secondary Title Reign
4. Billie Kay
Look, we should get something good out of the IIconics' split. Billie Kay hasn't won a match since that breakup, and she would shock the WWE Universe by triumphing in the tournament to crown the first women's *insert title name here* champion. While it would initially be greeted with celebration from fans, Kay is good enough with the stick to instantly turn that tide. She needs to be a heel for the rest of time; watching her work is fantastic.
If WWE does one thing really, really well, it's tournaments, and nobody can deny a true underdog story like this. Kay is one of the best heat magnets currently working for the company; having her reprise her obnoxious champion persona creates a real interest in seeing a hero come along to rip the title out of her arrogant hands.
It also gives Kay a chance to grow as an in-ring worker alongside some of the better grapplers in the company. She's not far away from being the complete competitor. A string of acclaimed title defences enhances her potential as someone who can be the top heel on either brand.
