10 WWE Superstars Who Desperately Need A Character Change In 2015
8. Fandango
Fandango has recently returned to WWE television in what is being dubbed a "new and improved" version of his ballroom dancer gimmick. All this really seems to amount to is a slightly grumpier demeanour, Rosa Mendes as a valet and a slightly more aggressive style in the ring. He has also ditched the fun entrance music that helped to get his gimmick over in the first place. In order to be taken seriously as a wrestler, Johnny Curtis needs to waltz away from the dancing gimmick and work on a different way to get himself noticed. His ring work is relatively solid, but Curtis is a wrestler who is going to need something to support him in an effort to get over. He has plenty of charisma, so can cut a decent promo, but he needs a gimmick that doesn't hinge almost entirely on the presence of an attractive woman at ringside. Like many of the people on this list, Fandango isn't part of an ongoing rivalry, so it might be useful to give him some time off in order to put together a new and interesting gimmick to keep his career afloat.
