10 WWE Superstars Who Desperately Need To Be Sent To NXT

10. Erick Rowan

As part of The Wyatt Family, Erick Rowan and his sheep mask made for an intimidating and disturbing presence in the WWE. It was always clear that his ring work wasn't quite up there with frequent tag team partner Luke Harper (or leader Bray Wyatt), but not so much that there was any real reason to worry about him when the faction broke up. However, since going solo, he's been stuck in a state of flux and desperately needs repackaging. The WWE tried giving Rowan a backstory in which it was revealed that he's a genius, but his Rubik's Cube playing ways were soon forgotten when the response was mixed. Whereas Harper has continued to be portrayed as a very strange individual who went from looking to Bray for leadership to The Authority, Rowan is just there now, and could do with a new look and motivations from a stint in NXT, as well as some work on his in ring abilities.
