9. Eva Marie

Eva Marie is terrible. The Total Divas star has zero ability on the mic, no connection with the fans, and abilities in the ring which are laughable at best. However, she has that classic Diva look which the WWE go for, and the fact that she's received coverage in a magazine like Maxim obviously means that Eva is someone the company think will make them money and bring them media attention in the future. However, she's just not ready for WWE TV. She hasn't been seen on Raw on SmackDown for a while (most likely because of her boob related "injury" than time spent in developmental), but if there's one place which could give Eva's character some much needed personality and go some way in improving her as a performer, it's NXT. Past appearances there haven't exactly impressed, but a lengthy stint down in Orlando could really turn things around for her however unlikely that may sound!
