9. Lita
Injured while performing a huracanrana while preparing for a fight scene while filing television program Dark Angel in 2002, Lita was diagnosed with three cracked vertebrae in her neck. After getting her C5 and C6 vertebrae fused via surgery, Lita was not seen in-ring on WWE television for 17 months. By September 2003, Lita was healed and able to return to the ring, teaming with Trish Stratus to defeat Molly Holly and Gail Kim at September 2003's Unforgiven PPV.
