10 WWE Superstars Who Will Leave In 2018

5. James Ellsworth

James Ellsworth

Nobody has played the enhancement talent role as well as James Ellsworth in years. Like a modern-day Spike Dudley (only without the credibility), Ellsworth was masterful when being squashed by rookie monster Braun Strowman on Raw in the summer of 2016. He even excelled when delivering his shaky 'any man with two hands' promo.

Ellsworth has done well with everything WWE have handed to him, whether that be as underdog babyface interfering in Dean Ambrose vs. AJ Styles matches or dressing like a goof alongside Carmella. This week, Carmella turned on Ellsworth and ended their association, so lord only knows what 'Jimmy' could do next in WWE.

Even if they do come up with something, it's likely to be short-lived. Ellsworth is a stick on to be released in 2018. As good as he is at playing the bumbling fool and unlikely hero, the guy has Barry Horowitz written all over him. His time in the sun is over.
