7. Yoshi Tatsu

While he has a great name that rolls off the tongue, Yoshi is no longer utilized in the same way that he used to be. Back when he first started out, the face paint covered Yoshi was headlining matches over in ECW. He had great matches with the likes of Shelton Benjamin, Christian, Jack Swagger, and more. Then once ECW came to an end, Yoshi transferred over to Raw and put on even more stellar matches with top name guys. He even won a battle royal at WrestleMania XXXVI. It looked like WWE was in love with Yoshi. But like many flings that have come and gone, this love proved to only be a temporary one. Eventually Yoshi found himself over on Smackdown, dropped the face paint, and started losing a lot more. Eventually Yoshi dropped from Smackdown and wound up working NXT shows before the WWE Network started airing them. Now Yoshi makes a couple minor appearances once in awhile, and this once shining star has plummeted back to Earth. Unless Yoshi goes through a sudden gimmick change and is repackaged differently, Yoshi won€™t be making much progress.
