10 WWE Superstars You Didn't Know Had World Title Matches

5. R-Truth (vs. John Cena) - Capitol Punishment 2011

This may not come as a shock to some people as Truth is a widely respected WWE superstar. He's a good hand in the ring. Good on the mic. Really solid. However, he had never made the step up to the main events in either of his two stints in the company before receiving the chance of a life time at Capitol Punishment 2011. This was Truth's best moment from a character stand point. Yes he is a good rapper, he likes to dabble with music in real life, but the whole 'there's a conspiracy against me', coupled with deranged gimmick was really refreshing and suited him down to the ground. Truth even threw a glass of water over a Cena fan's father in the building up to this match. Fantastic booking. Subsequently, if he apologised for his actions it was announced that he would be afforded a championship match. He did, but went on to lose thanks to a pesky member of the Cenation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DmhWac7lsfs
