10 WWE Superstars You Won't Believe Defeated The Undertaker

There can be little debate that Vladimir Kozlov was one of the most over-pushed WWE Superstars in the 2000s (if not ever), as his skills in the ring and on the mic never quite lived up to the aggressive push he was given early on in his career.

The Moscow Mauler went undefeated for the first year of his main roster run and was rushed into the WWE Championship picture by the close of 2008 without doing much to deserve a shot at the strap. All of his matches with Triple H and Jeff Hardy for the gold fell flat, yet WWE remained insistent on making him a thing, nonetheless.

That led to him expressing interest in wanting to face The Undertaker at WrestleMania 25, back when The Phenom's historic streak was still intact at the event. It honestly seemed like a legitimate possibility after he pinned the multi-time world champion in clean fashion on the Feb. 20, 2009 edition of SmackDown with a simple powerslam.

There was zero reason for that to happen unless WWE had high hopes for him as a main event player, which apparently they didn't.

In fact, after suffering his first one-on-one loss to Shawn Michaels mere weeks later, he was shipped off to ECW and experienced some success in the tag team ranks alongside Santino Marella before being released in August 2011.

This was likely a case of Undertaker being a bit too lenient with who he let pin him considering how ludicrous the whole thing is looking back on it over a decade later.
