10 WWE Survivor Series Facts You Didn't Know

1. No Clean Sweep

Finally, in all of Survivor Series history, we€™re yet to see a male competitor ever score the elusive clean sweep and eliminate every single member of the opposition team. Big Show came close in 1999, when he eliminated Mideon, the Godfather, and Viscera, before his final foe, the Big Boss Man, intentionally got himself counted out. And Roman Reigns almost did it in 2013, eliminating Jimmy Uso, Cody Rhodes, Goldust and Rey Mysterio. Seth Rollins€™ pinning of Jey Uso ended his former Shield brethren€™s chances though. The women€™s division, on the other hand, has seen someone achieve the €œsweep€. Aja Kong pinned every member of her opposing team at the 1995 event, in what remains perhaps the most dominant performance in Survivor Series history. So, will someone set this record this year? Who knows, but unfortunately few people will actually care in light of the WWE€™s stellar job in sabotaging the significance of this year€™s traditional Survivor Series elimination match. Or, of course, the WWE could yet prove me wrong. Right?
