10 WWE Tag-Teams That Shouldn't Have Worked (But Did)

1. Team Hell No

A WWE-created monster, Kane has always had the size and presence to merit any main event runs written for him. By contrast, Daniel Bryan was once an independent wrestling darling, beloved by more hardcore fans online and one of the most unlikely WWE World Heavyweight Champions of all time.

At one point in time, it seemed huge for Bryan to even sign a WWE contract, let alone be the cherished treasure he is today. In 2012, the leader of the 'Yes Movement' was struggling to keep his grip on any fledgling headline dreams, but he was shockingly aided by teaming with Kane.

Now the definitive WWE odd couple, Kane and Daniel Bryan memorably chose to 'hug it out' on one episode of Raw, and could never get along even as reigning WWE Tag-Team Champions. Only through a willingness from both to poke fun at themselves did Team Hell No become a success, it could never have worked otherwise.

In interviews since the split of the team, Bryan has said that he and Kane became great friends after working with one another.
