7. Too Cool

Is there another tag-team in wrestling history that has went from arrogant yet generic heels to super-savvy and much-loved babyfaces? In that sense, Too Cool must be considered one of the most unique acts in WWE's rich history, they were a shock smash hit in the early years of the new millennium.

As Too Much, Scott Taylor and Brian Christopher were mere cannon fodder for more viable teams on the WWF roster in the late-1990's. Something changed in the Summer months of 1999 however, Taylor became Scotty 2 Hotty and Christopher morphed into Grandmaster Sexay. Those names were ludicrous, but the pair performed with such energy that the renamed Too Cool soon turned babyface by the end of the year.

What followed was an unlikely affiliation with Rikishi and one of the most popular mid-card comedy trios in recent memory. Dancing together mid-ring, Too Cool had such an endearing vibe to them that the Hotty and Sexay characters came to define the careers of the men who played them.

In 2001, Brian Christopher was released from contract, therefore bringing an end to Too Cool's short-but-satisfying run.
