10 WWE Tag Teams Where Both Members Were The Marty Jannetty
3. The Hype Bros

As far as make-shift tag teams go, these two weren't the worst choices to pair up. Both Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley had high-energy gimmicks, and their over-the-top personas complemented each other well. The team didn't last too long, but they had some fun with it.
Eventually, tension between the pair grew and - as if often expected with WWE teams - it ended in disaster as Mojo turned heel and attacked Ryder. From there, neither of their careers flowered.
Ryder would go on to reform his partnership with Curt Hawkins before the pair were released as part of the Covid budget cuts. He then made a high profile debut with AEW and seemed to be heading in a new career direction. Sadly, his time with the company went quicker than it came, after performing in only two matches. He's now in a similar deal with Impact.
Things weren't any better for the Hype side of the Hype Bros coin either, as despite being an Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal winner, he was given very little to do. A new gimmick that spiced up his look with weird blue face paint and pre-recorded segments talking to a mirror went nowhere, and he fell into the 24/7 title picture.
