10 WWE Thoughts Prior To Attending WrestleMania 32

10. I Wonder If The Roof Will Be Open...

For many years, WrestleMania IX had the distinction of being the only WrestleMania held outdoors, but WrestleMania 24 (held in Orlando's Citrus Bowl) also took place under the open sky. Four of the seven WrestleManias since have been held in open-air venues.

Arlington's AT&T Stadium has a retractable roof, so the company will most likely keep it open (or open and close it throughout the event, as they did at WrestleMania 26). It sounds like a superficial part of the show, but it actually affects the setup a great deal - showing the sky above the action gives WrestleMania a unique look, but keeping the roof closed means there's no need to erect a roof over the ring in case of inclement weather. Such a construction involves large pillars just beyond the turnbuckles that often obscure fans' views - many audience members at WrestleMania 29, for instance, complained of being unable to see the action.

In the next day or so, photos of the setup should leak out, offering our answer.
