10 WWE WrestleMania Matches NOBODY Wanted

1. Baron Corbin Vs. Kurt Angle (WrestleMania 35)

WWE should be ashamed of themselves for the way Kurt Angle's retirement was handled.

One of the greatest all-rounders ever was shoved off to the side in a nothing six-minute plodder vs. Baron Corbin on the 'Mania 35 undercard, then held his hands aloft post-defeat in some half-hearted wave goodbye. It must've been humiliating for the Olympian, and he deserved better.

This isn't meant as a predictable attack on Corbin, but he was never the right opponent for Kurt's final match. Fans yearned for more; they'd be forgiven for wanting Triple H, or some other icon from Angle's career, in that spot instead.

It absolutely wasn't much for Kurt to ask that WWE show him proper respect. He'd literally broken his neck for them in the past, and now he was staring at the lights for a mediocre heel in a match only memorable for how rubbish it was.

Yuck.
