10 WWE WrestleMania Matches NOBODY Wanted
2. Bart Gunn Vs. Butterbean (WrestleMania XV)
Alas, it's another horror show you knew would pop up.
1998's entire 'Brawl For All' concept was a calamity from start to finish. It p*ssed on the product generally by presenting "real fights" that cramped the worked nature of literally everything else, and then had the cheek to resurface in time for WrestleMania XV.
'Toughman' contest fighter Butterbean was booked to punch the t*ts off tournament winner Bart Gunn to the enjoyment of very few. One got the sense going in that Bart was being punished for daring to win the 'Brawl For All' shindig instead of Dr. Death, and he was very-much a sacrificial lamb to Bean.
The big baby-looking f*cker wearing USA flag shorts decked Gunn within seconds, and that was a wrap on the shoot-fighting world for WWF officials. Poor Bart, who was only guilty of being pretty tough himself, probably struggled to remember his only solo showing at 'Mania afterwards.
