As a heel it makes sense that you might be more liable to losses. After all, WWE generally want to send their customers home with smiles on their face.

Rowan was the classic midcard heel who meant enough to be in big matches, but also didn't quite mean enough to win many. He later turned babyface, where he continued to lose more matches than he won.
