1. Sasha Banks

The Boss is currently amidst the longest hiatus of her career since the one that she took post WrestleMania 35.

Speculation is running rampant on when and where Banks will pop up when she finally returns. People can’t seem to decide whether Raw or SmackDown would be the perfect home for the former SmackDown Women’s Champion. But why hasn’t NXT been discussed as a potential home for Banks?

After all, she used to run NXT, so why not have another run on the black and gold brand? Charlotte Flair made a brief return to the brand last year and had a run with the Women’s Title, before dropping it to Io Shirai, passing the torch in the process. Banks could absolutely be used in a similar capacity. Reverting back to her despicable Boss heel persona and having a run on top of NXT once again would make for outstanding television.

Not only would it be entertaining, but it would be a nice change of pace for Banks who for the past few years has just bounced around Raw and SmackDown after every other Superstar Shake-Up. It’s time to try something new and Banks is definitely talented enough to make it work.
