10 WWE Wrestlers Too Good For Their Current Role

8. Bianca Belair

Bianca Belair hit her developmental peak right when Charlotte Flair invaded Full Sail, which was horrible timing for character fans were desperate to cheer for. Largely forgotten, is that this came off the back of a star-making Royal Rumble performance at last year’s event, with the EST entering second and eliminating eight combatants, a women’s Rumble record.

Simply put, she was hot. Now she’s not. Well, she’s warming, but as is typical with NXT call-ups, Belair was rushed into a main roster scene with too many mouths to already feed and with few plans in place. Naturally, she has come off the boil, which is a shame for a talent who on her best day could be one of the industry’s biggest female stars.

Since joining Street Profit husband Montez Ford on the main roster on the Raw after WrestleMania 36, Belair has featured almost as much on Main Event compared to primetime Raw and SmackDown. Painfully, this is a fair representation of the directionless run she has had to put up with.

A SmackDown Women’s Title feud with Sasha Banks could do wonders for Belair. Both women carry themselves like the most important person in the room, and their clash of personalities would make for a strongly competitive war on the mic and in the ring.
