10 WWE Wrestlers Who Are Having A Very, Very Bad 2020

Lana has had a pretty wretched 2020 in both a professional and personal sense. The once-Ravishing Russian now finds herself working in WWE without her husband Handsome Rusev - the Bulgarian Brute being the highest-profile casualty of Black Wednesday. Look at all that branding, great work. Rusev and Lana were no longer allied onscreen, but traveling and working without the comfort of your spouse will take a toll on any marriage.

Do you know what else takes a toll on a marriage? Frequent defeats, blame, poorly-timed questions from backstage interviewers, that’s what. They have been married for all of five minutes, but hear ye, hear ye, Lashley and Lana are on the rocks. The All Mighty has been squashing fools on RAW but he has made it clear that he doesn’t want Lana anywhere near the ring as he does. The omens aren’t good for Mrs. Lashley.

Where does all of this leave Lana? No husband behind the scenes and inching ever closer to no husband onscreen, this year hasn’t exactly been kind to her.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
