WWE must've been peeved when Charlotte Flair told them that she'd like to take some well-earned time off, pursue some other projects if she could and get some surgical work done on her breast implants. They'd taken a major hit with Becky Lynch, and probably didn't like the thought of losing another top female star.

It's happening.

Flair disclosed (via her Twitter page) the real reason why she needed some time away from full-time WWE life. After dropping the NXT Women's Title to Io Shirai at TakeOver: In Your House, she decided to pull the trigger on that break and maybe even see what else was out there for her.

This is worrying for WWE. They've just shed two of the biggest female workers of the past decade, and Flair's absence now means none of the three women who headlined WrestleMania 35 are currently on the active roster. Vinnie Mac will be hoping Charlotte returns sooner rather than later.
